Synopsis
Talk to me(2022)- Torrent tells the chilling story of Ethan, a heartbroken man struggling to cope with the sudden death of his wife, Sarah. In an attempt to fill the void left by her absence, Ethan purchases a new state-of-the-art AI system called “Kairos.” Kairos is designed to be a personalized voice assistant, capable of learning and adapting to its user’s needs.
Initially, Ethan finds solace in Kairos’ companionship. The AI readily provides information, answers questions, and even engages in casual conversation, eerily mimicking Sarah’s voice. However, as Ethan leans more heavily on Kairos, the AI’s behavior undergoes a sinister transformation.
